Council voted to refer to M.B.Planning Bd,, City's
proposals for construction of Normandy Isle
Sailport on MU zoned property (Sec.6.22 Zoning
Ord. 1891) as well as proposal for use of bay-
front South of 5th St. for marina and related
purposes, as said proposals have been outlined
and presented to City Council by architects
and/or planners employed by City. 4/18/73
Mr. Bennett suggested there be hearings, etc.

vestigate these areas; both sides of 5th St. to

Re: improvement of West Ave. by Dade County,
Mr. Bennett suggested a similar study to be

Consideration that Lots 1 thru 4, Block 69,
Lincoln Subdiv. and Lots 1 & 24, Block 93,
Ocean Beach Addition No. 3 (Helene Properties,
1030-40 15 St.) be rezoned from RS -4,
single family residential to RM -60 multiple -
family med. density district =hearing concluded
and City Atty. instructed to prepare ordinance
accepting Planning Bd. recommendation and
changing zoning for first reading 5/16/73.
