1980, that he would follow Commission's di-

Commissioner Falk proposed adoption of a reso- 4/9/80
lution opposing and protesting statements and
distortions presented by WTVJ's Montage program
on April 5 and 6, 1980 regarding City's outfall
line, but later withdrew it. Commissioner
Weinstein suggested that Mayor and City Mgr.
meet with representatives of WTVJ to explain
action which has been taken regarding sewage
transmission by M.B. and to attempt to schedule
airing of a sequel program to reflect City's
present position.
Commissioner Friedman requested that City's 4/23/80
Tallahassee representative, Mr. Eric Sisser,
submit a status report on Claims Bill which
