whether City has ability to file suit against

lobbyist in Tallahassee has been endeavoring
to obtain reimbursement from State, inasmuch
as it was the State that required the City to

Memo #7789, Ord. #79-2185 adopted as an
emergency measure as follows: An ordinance
amending Chapter 45 of Code of C.M.B., Fla.,
relating to water and sewer services; chang-
ing to "Public Works Department" all refer-
ences to "Public Utilities Department";
amending definition of "charges"; and pro-
viding for notice of cut-off of services;

sumers to treat sewage to 50k per thousand
