Councilman Spaet suggested that this art work
be hung in Cypress Room.
Plaque presented to Mr. Mel Mendelson ex-
pressing the City's appreciation of his con-
tribution of provisions which were used to
provide Thanksgivingdinner for those unable
to afford to do so or themselves.
