It was City Atty's. recommendation that Mr. Farrell be paid fee of $30,000 for services as special counsel in Beach erosion case (Versailles Hotel). Re- commendations approved by Council. Administration to request S.Z.Bennett to recommend appraisers re: purchase of Land O'Sun Property. Amending Res. 13775, including Block 20, Altos Del Mar No. 1, in condemnation actions for acquisition of West side of Collins 79-87 St. 5/2/73 Appearance by real estate consultant S.Z.Bennett to discuss status of acquisitions and resolution authorizing execution of agreement for purchase of 1915 Meridian Ave. (Meri-Lane Apts.). Reso- lution failed to pass. This acquisition will be 1/3/73
