Union and attempt to negotiate fees,on
basis that Union will take into consideration
that service is to be provided to Senior

Discussion of restoration of live bands
nightly at Community Centers dances. Report
presented. Councilman Dr. Wikler's motion to
remove communication from agenda based on
fact that restoration of 25 charge was not
agenda item, failed of passage.

1) Union agreed not to increaseits present rate,
which increase had been anticipated;
2) Union agreed to subsidize the Saturday night
bard monthly from its Music Performance Trust
Fund, commencing 11/2/74, if the dances con-
tinue to be free for registered voters, such
agreement to be negotiated monthly. 10/16/74

consider the reinstatement of the 25 admission

was premature inasmuch as there has not been a
