and free admission for registered voters would

Mr. Arnold Leon appeared concerning fact that 11/6/74
dances are not held on legal holidays. City
Mgr. indicated an updated report will be forth-
coming at the 11/20/74 meeting.

Center dances.
1) Appearance by representatives of "We the
Women, Inc.," to discuss reinstatement of
fees. - Report submitted by Mrs. Nash
accepted.
2) Discussion of closing recreation centers on
legal holidays, requested by Councilman
Dr. Wikler. Proposal made by Mrs. Betty
Birnbach of Community Action Committee re:
issuance of card and restoration of 25
admission fee.

vaudeville shows and concerts conducted
by Rec. Div. Council voted to defer con-
sideration of live dance matter until
the first meeting in Janaury, 1975.
Council voted to provide live entertainment at
one community center on holidays, thru 1/1/75,
funds to pay for same to be taken from Con-
tingency Funds.
