Ord. #79-2175, the same being the Unconscion-
able Rent Increase Ord., regulating and pro-
hibiting unconscionable rent increases of
housing accommodations, by providing an
amended definition of unconscionable rent in-
crease and new method of computation for same;
repealing all ordinances in conflict and pro-
viding for an effective date. (Requested by
Commissioner Wikler) U.M. Wikler requested con-
sideration by Commission of employing an econo-
mist for purpose of determining whether other
cities in country use the C.P.I. or some other
formula in determining limitations on rent in-
creases. Matter deferred to 12/5/79 to give
