Shore Redevelopment. Deferred to Jan. 21, 1976, 11:00 a.m. Council approved payment to Environmental Planning In- stitute on a quantum meruit basis, pending execution of mutually satisfactory contract. Mr. Arnold Leon appeared and urged that So. 1/7/76 Shore Redevelopment Ad Hoc Committee be re- quested to consider appropriate arrangements for housing of those residents of the area who will be displaced.
