Following discussion during which Mr. Muss,
Vice Chairman of S.Shore Redevelopment Ad Hoc
Advisory Committee appeared and indicated that
it was not necessary to give his Committee
permanent status at this time, Councilman
Meyerson's motion to do so died for lack of a
second.

vice in connection with So. Shore Redevelopment.
Deferred to Jan. 21, 1976, 11:00 a.m. Council
approved payment to Environmental Planning In-
stitute on a quantum meruit basis, pending
execution of mutually satisfactory contract.
Mr. Arnold Leon appeared and urged that So. 1/7/76
Shore Redevelopment Ad Hoc Committee be re-
quested to consider appropriate arrangements
for housing of those residents of the area
who will be displaced.
