Hart & Assoc. be given responsibility of supervising construction of this project and be responsible for same. Follow- ing discussion, Council voted to amend contracts to provide that Consulting Engineers be charged with responsibility for inspection and super- vision of contract; also to provide that City Mgr. be designated as person to whom Consulting Engineers shall report; any substantial departures from con- tract, as specified, which includes routing, func- tion and dollar amounts must have prior approval of Council. Mr. Hart indicated that respective con- tractors should also give approval to amendment 12/17/75 SEWAGE TRANSMISSION FACILITIES (Contracts) 4 (continued) Date which establishes Consulting Engineers' respon- sibility in relation to contracts.
