Public Hearing called for July 16, 1975 at 2:30 p.m. Res. #75-14734 adopted, authorizing application 6/4/75 for dedication of sovereignty lands by CMB for M.B. Marina. Hearing set by Council 5/7/75 for 2:30 p.m. 7/16/75 MIAMI BEACH MARINA (known as So. Shore Marina) (cont'd) held and concluded, re: development of Regional Impact Report on the M.B. Marina. Res. #75-14762 adopted, approving project, DRI Report and issu- ance of Development Order. City Mgr. indicated he would arrange for a Workshop meeting with the Council in connection with the next steps to be taken. Requested authorization to send out requests for proposals to prospective developers to construct a Marina on water and land site now available. Action deferred to Dec. 10, 1975. U.M. Yacht Corp. property, with the present owner to make the necessary repairs and installations to existing dock facilities. 11/19/75 Requested authorization to send out requests 12/10/75 to ascertain interest and seek preliminary pro- posals from prospective developers to construct a marina on water and land site now available, Alton Road, (deferred from 11/19/75) approved. Discussion of proposal for City to lease 12/10/75 Purdy Ave. Marina from owners for 40 yr. period. Deferred to 1/7/76. City Mgr.
