Memo #7381, Res. #79-15849 adopted, declaring 3/7/79 that to the extent that the M. B. Redevelopment Agency obligates itself on notes to the South- east First National Bank of Miami for the ex- clusive purpose of constructing the M.B. Marina, that the City will, if and in the event the MIAMI BEACH .MARINA (known as So. Shore Marina) 28 (continued) Date Agency is discontinued, disbanded or dissolved, continue to honor the payments on said notes to the extent that revenues from the Marina are sufficient to pay said notes after first paying the operating expenses of the Marina, said notes being subject to review and approval by City Commission. Commission requested legal opinions from City Atty., detail cost factors, etc., when matter is returned to Commission. Beach Marina; transferring to M.B. Redevelopment Agency the City's interest in S. Beach Marina; declaring that to the extent that M. B. Redevelopment Agency itself on notes to the Southeast First National Bank of Miami for the exclusive purpose of constructing M.B.
