T.D.A. 19 Meeting Date Councilman Rosen suggested that the City's Publicity Dept. or the M.B. Tourist Develop- ment Auth. consider sponsoring a rally prior to March 14th election. 1/19/72 Council heard requests made by Mr. Jack. Gordon on behalf of M.B. TDA; agreed in principle to certain requests; deferred consideration of others and asked City' ,Manager to meet with TDA representatives and City Attorney to prepare appropriate instruments to be considered by Council on March 15. 3/1/72 M.B. TDA Transfer of $142,000 in unappropriated funds to Contingency Fund approved by Council. 4/5/72 Mr. Jesse Weiss, TDA member, appeared in support of the transfer and informed it was necessary so that TDA could pay Democratic Nat'l Convention Committee 4/5/72 20 Meeting Date Council requests TDA to contribute to a portion of Fishing Reef as it's a tourist -oriented project.
