Councilman Dr. Wikler requested that prior
to the next meeting, the City Atty. submit
a written, formal opinion, with citations,
as to:
1) how long the developer has to secure a
building permit once plans have been re-
viewed by the City;
2) should zoning requirements be changed
between the time of the filing of the
plans and issuance of a building permit,
would the developers be required to
comply with the new zoning regulations
before a permit would be issued.
Councilman Dr. Haber requested the Admin. to
render a report on the setbacks involved

phasized that extreme caution be exercised
in reviewing the plans so as to assure strict

construct a Marina on water and land site now

Haber requested, in the interest of expediting
development of a City Marina within a short
range period of time, without making an exten-
