Councilman Dr. Haber proposed that new construction
have a change in Sec. 29, Par. (c) which presently
provides for one bathroom for each 8 persons, to
reduce number using 1 bathroom. Mr. S. Ratner,
Clevelander Hotel, proposed change be made in
Sec. 9, by adding provision which would give
uniformed inspectors for Fire Dept. right of
entry to all bldgs. for inspection.(Copy of
proposed amendment forwarded to Min. Hsg. Appeals
