showing addresses and names of owners, indi-
cating dates on which owners were cited, what
legal steps are available or have been taken,

Housing Code. Mr. Fisch, accompanined by Mrs.
Fisch, representing COCO, appeared and re-
quested strict enforcement of the Minimum

Housing Code and the City's Zoning ordinance,
particularly as they relate to single-family
residential areas. City Mgr. advised that a
report on this subject will be forwarded to
Council. Transcription of discussion will be
furnished to all affected departments to en-
able them to carry out Council's directions

Councilman Sahl requested an immediate report 2/16/77
concerning Picadilly Club and surrounding
areas, which he said is being occupied by
undesirables. Police Colonel Cotzin appeared
and advised that since the apprehension of a
suspect, premises has been under surveillance,

but there is no evidence of building being
occupied at present. Administration directed
to make an immediate survey of the square block,
22nd to 23rd Street, and Collins Ave., building -
by -building, to determine the exact status of
the condition of the existing buildings, the
action taken by the City thus far, or contem-
plated, or in process, as a result of this in-
vestigation, with particular respect to total
enforcement of Minimum Housing and Commercial
Building Code regulations, together with enforce-
ment City-wide, and activities of Housing and
Zoning inspectors and all other inspection
agencies of the City, and that a report and
recommendations be submitted by 3/2/77 meeting. 2/16/77
