Commissioner Friedman requested Administration 4/19/78 to investigate Code Enforcement violations and enforcement at/BiscapoOgyl, in an effort to determine how to rectify the situation through correction or demolition. Ord. #78-2129 adopted as amended to delete the words "and bargaining" from the ord., title. City Mgr. and City Atty. directed to explore the pos- sibility of funding employment of a special prosecutor to expedite prosecution of pending cases and to submit report at Sept. 6, 1978 meeting.
