determine how to rectify the situation through
correction or demolition.

reading of amended ord. insuring that tenants
can exercise their rights to present grievances
and collectively bargain without fear of re-
prisal; providing penalties for violations;
providing for inclusion in the Code and pro-
viding an effective date. Ord. #78-2129
adopted as amended to delete the words "and
bargaining" from the ord., title. City Mgr.
and City Atty. directed to explore the pos-
sibility of funding employment of a special
prosecutor to expedite prosecution of pending
cases and to submit report at Sept. 6, 1978
