practicality of turning over the Municipal

Mayor Rosen reported that pursuant to Council
authorization that he appoint three attorneys
(non-residents of M.B.) to survey the Municipal
Court of MB, he contacted Mr. Ben Hendricks,Jr.,
President of Dade Co. Bar Assoc., and requested
that the Assoc., appoint the attorneys, and
that Mr. Hendricks advised that he would bring

this matter before the Brd. of Directors at
its next meeting which was to be held shortly.
Mayor Rosen said that if the Bar Assoc., is
not willing to make the appointments, he

Appearance by Municipal Judge Eugene Weiss,
requested by Council 3/12/75. City Mgr. re-
ported Judge Weiss had telephoned and advised
that 1) he would not attend meeting; 2) just
returned from out-of-town and had not had a
chance to review particulars against him; 3)
would appear before Council only to discuss
judicial conduct; 4) intended to send written
response to Manager's letter; 5) is considering
