an increase in the maximum number of licensed
Tour Agencies from the present maximum of 38
to a new maximum of repealing all ordi-
nances in conflict herewith; and providing

American Sightseeing Tours, appeared and advised

that most of the tour operator licensees not
only pick up passengers at airport, but are not
actually located within CMB., in violation of
County and City ordinances presently in effect.
He suggested that rather than increase the num-
ber of permitted tour operator licenses, that
ord. be repealed or, in the alternative, that
the present requirements be enforced. Matter
deferred to May 16, 1979 at 2:30 p.m. In the
interim, City Mgr. is to conduct administrative
hearings, as authorized under Sec. 42.82 of Code,
to:
1) determine whether licensees are in violation
of present ordinance,
