Program from 81st to 87th Streets). City
atty to take appeal from such verdict fol-
lowing his statement that payment did not

E. M. Hancock, owner of 8235 Collins, said
he would be willing to sell his property to
City for price appraised by Bates Cole,plus
10%, re. City's acquisition of oceanfront
properties at north end of City. Matter to
be referred to City Attorney and S.Z.Bennett
for discussion with Mr. Hancock. City Atty.
to submit findings Dec. 18, 1968.
