for $40,205.00 total.
Mr. Hancock advised he would confer with
his attorney and contact City Attorney,
report due Council on January 2, 1969.

to furnish breakdown of costs figured on
each parcel and to discuss matter with

sition must be placed in escrow within 20
days of date of judcgrnent,which has been
