HUD Area Director relative to City's request
for an increase in Urgent Need Funds, with
respect to property acquisition for the com-
pletion of the Ocean Front Park Project; and
the City Mgr. advised that the City will be
taking an appeal from Washington's decision
not to increase the City's allocation for this
year.

of the City's request for $620,000 Urgent
