suggested to Messrs. Plissner and Sirkin that
they meet with City Atty. prior to June 6, 1979
meeting to formulate alternatives which would
meet with all legalities, and that the matter be
placed on June 6, 1979 agenda. Commissioner
Malek suggested that as another alternative,
Messrs. Plissner and Sirkin seek funding from
Chamber of Commerce and other private organiza-
tions. Mr. Plissner referred to Committee's
recommendation to proceed with a $30,000
feasibility study to consider use of F. P. & L.
Co's facilities for distribution of power.
