Commissioner Malek suggested that as another alternative, Messrs. Plissner and Sirkin seek funding from Chamber of Commerce and other private organiza- tions. Mr. Plissner referred to Committee's recommendation to proceed with a $30,000 feasibility study to consider use of F. P. & L. Co's facilities for distribution of power.
