Mr. L. Stanley Berenson, owner of Cadillac 1/7/76
Hotel, appeared and described situation con-
cerning lack of sufficient parking for his
guests. City Mgr. & City Atty. requested to
meet with Mr. Berenson in an effort to re-
solve his problem.
Memo #5493, Res. #76-14933 adopted authorizing 1/21/76
execution of agreement with Flagship Bank, ex-
tending lease for 1 yr commencing 2/17/76, for
sum of $7,500, with provision that City may can-
cel coincident with construction of parking garage,
if one should be started during lease period, park-
ing spaces in Off -Street Parking Lot 10A (17th and
Lenox).
