Parking Revenue Bonds in sum of $6M. Continued
at request of City Manager to April 7, 1976, at
3:00 p.m., for a full Council. Councilman Spaet
requested City Mgr. to furnish a report on the
utilization of funds from sale of this bond is-
sue; how much will be allocated to construction
of present parking garage, and how much will be
allocated for land acquisition and development
of future parking facilities. Councilman Meyerson
requested City Mgr. to pursue possibility of in-
cluding MBIA bond insurance in bids to be taken

surplus, to be repaid from bond sales. (+1.6 M
for garage, appropriated, based on foregoing
recommendation).
