Malek requested Administration to prepare a
report on feasibility of acquiring properties
on south side of 40th St. (instead of north
side) from Sheridan Ave. to Royal Palm Ave.,
and from Royal Palm Ave., to Prairie Ave., for
off-street parking purposes. Administration
requested to submit a report as to whether
Lincoln Lane Parking Garage is operating at a

extension of agreement re: coin collections,
Parking System from Sept. 1, 1979 for 12 months
period ending 9/1/80, fee $18,725. City Mgr.
authorized to exercise option to extend agree-
ment for additional periods of 1 yr. each; in
event Bank is willing to provide same services
at same rate of compensation, and in event City
Mgr. deems it to be in best interest of City to
