on 3/5/75 at 2730 p.m., to consider an amend-
ment to Section 6-16 (Hotel -Motel District)
of Zoning Ord. #1891, so as to provide for a
penalty of up to $1,000 per day when a hotel
room is used for other than transient purposes.
Planning Brd. recommendation requesting Council 1/8/75
to declare moratorium on all residential con-
struction in "C" (Commercial) Districts until
Public Hearings are concluded by the Planning
Board.
Res. #75-t4590 adopted, placing moratorium for
period of 60 days commencing 1/9/75 and ending
