recommendation approved on condition that Central
Taxi 1) exceeds existing landscaping , policing
and cleanliness requirements; 2) engages in
public relations work with the neighboring property

to compete with them. Councilman Weinstein re-
ferred to powers of Planning & Zoning Director,
under Sec. 7-1 of Zoning Ord. authorizing revo-
cation of permits for conditional uses when
permittees fail to comply with conditions of
approval or applicable regulations, and suggested
that Planning & Zoning Director exercise this
authority, if necessary, whether solely or
