Bill to State Pollution Control Bd. Adminis-
tration to review and evaluate 1) new "Good Faith"
guidelines distributed at meeting. 2) stipula-
tions contained in Temporary Operating Permit issued by
State Pollution Control Bd., and submit recom-

Administration instructed to direct written com-
munication to Federal,State & County agencies,
incl. material re: plan proposed by Mr. Abelow;
asking consideration and comment on plan; further
asking whether if they are interested in meeting
with City Officials to discuss plan in detail. 4/3/74
Res. 74-14344 adopted, directing Administration to
make application to State Dept. of Pollution Control,
under "Good Faith Bill", for 10% increase in
outfall flow, with provision that package sewage

Mr. John Bergacker, reported at 5/16/74 meeting of
State Pollution Control Bd., he was advised the
permit City had received authorizing connection
of package sewage treatment plants to ocean out-
fall had been issued prematurely and issuance of
local bldg. permits are to be suspended for 30
days pending receipt and evaluation of report
from Hearing Examiner. 4/17/74
