Mr. A. J. Marcus presented a resolution of 9/20/78
M. B. Board of the Community Action Agency,
(deferred from 9/6/78 meeting), urging 1)
enlargement of police force, 2) acceleration
of street lighting improvements, and 3) ac-
celeration of sidewalk ramp installations at
street intersections. (See Police Dept.,

Mr. Alan Weiss appeared and suggested that curb 12/20/78
cuts be painted or otherwise marked so as to be
more pronounced, as an aid to people with poor
vision. Administration directed to investigate
methods used by other jurisdictions to deline-
ate areas which require correction, and to
