Judge Saperstein requests certain procedures
and schedules be placed into effect covering
marine violations and made a part of an
appropriate ordinance. City Atty explains
that municipality can adopt an ordinance
identical with State Law but not contrary
to same. City Mgr. requested to send
copies of proposed schedule to Council.

Englander's suggestion re. meeting to discuss
manning of the police boat, etc.
