displayed. City Atty's recommendation approved,
that no action be taken and that Mr. Richard

a meeting of the Bass Museum Board of Trustees.
Requested by Councilman Hal Spaet. On July 17,
Councilman Spaet requested that this item be
scheduled for Sept. 3, 1975 at 11:00 a.m., in-
stead of on Aug. 6, 1975, as suggested by him
at July 16 meeting.

Museum to establish Museum Center at 4221 Pine
Tree Dr. Discussion held. Mr. Joseph Harrison
of Metropolitan Musuem Brd. of Trustees also
appeared and advised that their first choice
for location of the Museum Zenter was the Bass
Museum; however, since this did not materialize,
they are now seeking to utilize the former
Wofford property. City Mgr. directed to immedi-
ately attempt to resolve the on-going problems
with Bass Museum, and in event an agreement can-
not be reached, to advise Commission at which
time consideration will be given to instituting
legal action to terminate Bass Museum agreement.
