(Deferred from Dec. 19, 1979) City Atty. re- viewed chronological events concerning deeding by U. S. Government, via the City, of Mt. Sinai Hospital property, and stated that one of the 1/2/80 CONVALESCENT HOMES ,2 (continued) Date conditions for granting deed was that hospital was required to build a nursing or convalescent home, however, inasmuch as this was not done within stipulated time, it is no longer a legal question, but might be a moral one. Sinai Hospital to present this documentation to them and to urge that they build a nursing home facility.
