NOTICE IS HEREBY 7 Ian that the City Commission of the City of Miami Beach, Florida, will hold a Special City Commission Meeting, pursuant to Section 2.04 of the
City Chatter, on May 12, 2017 at 2:00 p.m. (FIRST READINGS, PUBLIC HEARINGS), in the Commission Chamber, Third Floor, City Hall, 1700 Convention Center Drive,
Miami Beach, Florida, to hold discussions and public hearings on the following Ordinances;
AN ORDINANCE OF THE MAYOR AND CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, AMENDING THE CRY OF MIAMI BEACH YEAR 2025

TO PROHIBIT ANY FORM OF GAMBLING OR CASINO USE AS DELINEATED IN CHAPTER 546 AND 550, FLORIDA STATUTES; PROVIDING FOR CERTAIN
EXEMPTIONS; PROVIDING FOR INCLUSION IN THE COMPREHENSIVE PLAN; TRANSMITTAL; REPEALER; SEVERABILITY; AND AN EFFECTIVE DATE.

"CARDROOMS" TO BE ENTITLED 'RESERVED;" AMENDING SECTIONS 18 -1'71 THROUGH 18-119, TO BE ENTITLED 'RESERVED' DELETING ALL REFERENCE
TO CARDROOMS IN CHAPTER 18; CHAPTER 102 "TAXATION," ARTICLE V, "LOCAL BUSINESS TAX,' AT SECTION 102 -356 ENTITLED "CONSTRUCTION
OF ARTICLE; DEFINITIONS" BY REMOVING THE DEFINITION OF "CARDROOMS"; AND SECTION 102 379, ENTITLED "SCHEDULE OF TAXES, EFFECTIVE
