AND COMPREHENSIVE PLAN, AND (3) ANY FINAL NON-APPEALABLE APPROVALS FROM THE APPLICABLE CITY LAND USE BOARDS; AND FURTHER AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE THE FINAL NEGOTIATED LEASE UPON CONCLUSION OF SUCCESSFUL NEGOTIATIONS BY THE ADMINISTRATION, SUBJECT TO REVIEW AND FORM APPROVAL BY THE CITY ATTORNEY. SPACE, LOCATED AT 773 17TH STREET, INCLUDING AN ADJOINING OUTDOOR SEATING AREA, HAVING APPROXIMATELY 507 SQUARE FEET, FOR USE AS A CAFE; SAID AGREEMENTS HAVING AN INITIAL TERM OF THREE (3) YEARS, COMMENCING ON SEPTEMBER 1, 2017, WITH TWO (2) ONE -YEAR RENEWAL OPTIONS, AT -THE CITY MANAGER'S SOLE DISCRETION; AND PROVIDING, IN MATERIAL PART, THAT TENANT WILL PROVIDE CITY EMPLOYEES HEALTHY FOOD CHOICES AT A FORTY PERCENT (405) DISCOUNT, WITH THE CITY REIMBURSING TASTE BAKERY FOR EMPLOYEE DISCOUNTS, IN AN AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED $200,000 PER CONTRACT YEAR; AND FURTHER AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE THE FINAL NEGOTIATED AGREEMENTS, SUBJECT TO REVIEW AND FORM APPROVAL BY THE CITY ATTORNEY.
