RESOLUTION NO. 6'
DISTRICT SR-32, SEWER IMPROVEMENT SR-32.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,
FLORIDA:
That the construction of the following described improvement
is hereby ordered to be made; the City Council hereby setting
forth its intention to proceed under Section 29 of the City
Charter.
SR-32: m An eight inch (8") terra cotta Sanitary Sewer
and necessary manholes and appurtenances,
In Washington Avenue, from center line of
Sixth Street to a point two hundred eighty-
three feet (283' ) south of the center line
of Sixth Street ;
As said Avenue and Street are shown on plat
recorded in Plat Book 4, at Page 83, and as
said Washington Avenue is shown and designated in Ordinance
#170,recorded. . . .in Deed Book 297, at Page 242, of the Public
Records of Dade County, Florida.
The City Manager is hereby directed to prepare and to file
with the City Clerk plans and specifications of said improve-
ment, and an estimate of the cost thereof, including an esti-
mate of the cost of the expenses of preliminary and other sur-
veys, the inspection and superintendence of the work, the
preparation of plans and specifications and estimate, the print-
ing and publication of notices and proceedings, the preparation
of bonds and any other expenses necessary and proper. This
improvement shall be designated in all proceedings , assess-
ments and bonds as Sanitary Sewer Improvement SR-32, and the
property against which assessments may be made for the cost
thereof hereunder shall be designated as District SR-32.
PASSED AND AdOPTED THIS 20th da of Au ust, A.D. 1924.
