Jonathan brings nearly 25 years' experience representing clients
in all aspects of real estate development, financing and . operation,
with an emphasis on shopping center and hospitality-related
assets. Jonathan's clients include local and national developers,
real estate investment trusts and other institutional investors, such
as pension fund advisors, as well as banks and other lenders. He
assists his clients with projects nationwide, in the Caribbean and
South America.
Jonathan also provides clients with "outsourced general counsel"
services. These may include business, corporate, non-competition,
