Jacksonville self-storage: Purchased in June 2013, this 54,000 square foot facility was expanded to over 98,000 feet, the facility is currently 85% occupied and is ready to be refinanced allowing our investors to be repaid. We anticipate returning our investors capital approximately 3 years from the date of acquisition. 2. North Loop self-storage: We purchased this 70,000 square foot facility from a lender and leased it from 6% to 90% in 2 years. We purchased in November 2011 and refinanced the asset in November 2014 allowing a full repayment of our investors plus an additional 500k in loan proceeds. 3. 1575 Ives Dairy: Peter and Robert purchased a single free standing building, renovated and leased to a day care tenant. 4. Fort Lauderdale self-storage: This was a ground up build of a 117k square foot 7 story building in east Fort Lauderdale. Conceived in 2005 this development went thru the hardships of the great recession. After an additional 20% investor contribution the property did lease up and was sold to Public storage in June 2011. This project was the most challenging as we were faced with issues concerning construction and the overall economic weight of the recession. Despite these issues most of the investor capital was repaid which for development deals during this period was superior in performance to the market. 5. Pembroke Pines self-storage: Constructed in 2004, this was a ground up build of 100,000 square feet of storage and is currently owned by Robert and partners. The project has maintained consistent occupancy of 93% and has seen consistent growth of its revenues and value since built. 6. Ives Dairy self-storage: This property is currently owned by Robert Lansburgh and his partners and is currently 90% occupied. The property was purchased in 2000 and was 46% occupied at closing and in disrepair. We invested into the property and were able to refinance and pull our equity out after 3 years of ownership. 7. Aventura self-storage: Built from the ground up this 80,000 square foot facility was built in 1997, opened in 1998, refinanced in 2000, and sold to Public storage in 2011. The property netted a substantial profit to the partners.
