DRAFT CONSOLIDATED ANNUAL PERFORMANCE AND EVALUATION REPORT (CAPER)
DECEMBER 14, 2017 TO DECEMBER 29, 2017
The City of Miami Beach is making available the draft Consolidated Annual Performance and
Evaluation Report (CAPER) for Fiscal Year 2016/2017 for public review during a fifteen -day
comment period that begins on December 14, 2017. The CAPER reports on the use of Federal
funds received by the City of Miami Beach from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban
Development (HUD). Citizens are encouraged to review the draft which will be submitted to HUD
on or before December 30, 2017.
The draft CAPER will be available for review at the City Clerk's Office and the City's Office of
Housing and Community Services. For more information on the CAPER, contact the Office of
Housing and Community Services at (305) 673-7260.
The Office of Housing and Community Services will accept comments on the draft CAPER
during a 15 -day comment period ending on December 29, 2017. Written comments may be
