WARRANTY DEED
THIS INDENTURE made this the 4th day of October,
A.D. 1963, BETWEEN JOHN K. DeHAVEN and DANA V. BIDWELL, as
Co-Executors of the ESTATE OF TIDA L. DELLEA, DECEASED, under
appointment of the County Judges' Court in and for Dade County,

Florida, parties of the first part, and the CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,
a Florida municipal corporation, City Hall, Miami Beach, Florida,
party of the second part;
WIT N E SSE T H: That the parties of the first
part, pursuant to an Order of the County Judges' Court in and
for Dade County, Florida, and for and in consideration of the
sum of Ten ($10.00) Dollars and other good and valuable con-
siderations paid by the said party of the second part, the
receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, have granted, bargained,
sold and conveyed and by these presents do grant, bargain, sell

and assigns forever, the following described land situate, lying
and being in the County of Dade and State of Florida, to-wit:
The S 1/2 of Lot 2 and all of Lot 3 in Block 9,
and also a portion of Airoso Way in ALTOS DEL ~
MAR NO.1, according to the plat thereof, re-
corded in Plat Book 4, page 157, of the public
records of Dade County, Florida, said portion
of Airoso Way being more particularly described
as follows:

Begin at the Northeast corner of the S 1/2 of said
Lot 2, Block 9; thence South along the East line of
said S 1/2 of Lot 2 and along the East line of said
Lot 3, Block 9 to the Southeast corner of said Lot
3; thence East along the East extension of the South
boundary line of Lot 3 to a point midway between the
West boundary line and the East boundary line of
Airoso Way as shown on said Plat; thence North on
a line parallel to and equidistant from the said
West boundary line and East boundary line of said
Airoso Way to a point of intersection with the East
extension of the North boundary line of said S 1/2
of Lot 2, Block 9; thence West to point of beginning.
