TRUSTEE DEED
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS that H. P. FORREST, as
Trustee, under that certain Land Trust Agreement dated April
30, 1966, as amended, acting in pursuance and by virtue of
the powers vested in said Trustee under said Land Trust Agree-
ment and of every other power and authority to him granted
thereunder and in consideration of TEN 00/100 DOLLARS ($10.00)
and other good and valuable considerations, the receipt of
. which is hereby acknowledged has .remised, released and conveyed
and does remise, release and forever convey to the CITY OF
MIAMI BEACH, A Florida municipal corporation, 1130 Washington
Avenue, Miami Beach, Florida, all that piece of parcel of land
situate ia the County of Dade, State of Florida, and described
as follows:
Lots, I, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8 and 9, in
BLOCK 15, ISLAND VIEW SUBDIVISION~ according
to the Plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book
6, Page 115, of the Public Records of Dade
County, Florida:
AND
A parcel of sovereignty land in Biscayne
Bay abutting section 33, Township.53 South,
Range 42 East,. Dade County, Florida: more
particularly described in that certain Deed
No. 25150 (2329-13) dated October 9, 1970
between State of Florida Board of Trustees
of the Internal Improvement Trust Fund and
H. P. Forrest, as Trustee, under that certain
Land Trust Agreement dated April 30, 1966, said
Deed being recorded in Official Records of .
Dade County, Flori~a, and all littoral or
riparian rights which may exist as to the
subject properties.
This Deed is made subject to the following:
1. Taxes for 1975 and subsequent years,. conditions,
restrictions, limitations, easements of record and applicable
zoning ordinances.
2. Mortgage given by Hospital Center, Inc., a Florida
corporation, to Gulf Oil Corporation, a Pennsylvania Corporation
dated April 14, 1967, filed April 17, 1967, under Clerk's File
No. 67R-57854, of the Public Records of Dade County, Florida,

in the original principal sum of TWO HUNDRED THOUSAND SEVENTY
FIVE 00/100 DOLLARS ($200,075.00), the balance of which in the
approximate sum of NINETY SEVEN THOUS,AND EIGHT HUNDRED FOURTEEN
AND 24/100 DOLLARS ($97,814.24), the Grantee herein agrees to
assume and pay.
3. Mortgage given by H. P. FORREST, as Trustee, under
that certain Land Trust Agreement dated April 30, 1966,-as
amended,.to Michael Sudakow dated February 9, 1970, filed
February 11, 1970, under Clerk's File No. 70R-27495, in the
Public Records of Dade County, Florida, which mortgage was
given to the mortgagee solely to secure the personal guarantee
given by the mortgageee of the mortgage described in Item 2
herein.

4. . Mortgage given by H. P. FORREST, as Trustee, under
that certain Land Trust Agreement dated April 30, 1966, as amended
to the FLAGSHIP FIRST NATIONAL BANK OF MIAMI f/k/a MINH BEACH
FIRST NATIONAL BANK, a national hcinl:ing corp0ri3tion. organized
and existing under the la~s of the United States dated April 15,
1971, filed April 16, 1971, under Clerk's File No. 7lR-709l6,
in the Public Records of Dade County, Florida, the present
halance of which in the approximate sum of FOUR HUNDRED EIGHTY
NINE THOUSAND THREE HUNDRED TWENTY ONE AND 60/100 DOLLARS ($489,32
.the Grantee herein agrees to assume and pay. This is a mortgage
securing an open end note which will not exceed the sum of

Deed as Trustee and to bind the beneficiaries of the unrecorded
Land Trust Agreement dated April 30, 1966 and under any
amendments thereto.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same together with all and
singular the appurtenances thereunto belonging or in anywise
appertaining, and all the estate, right, title, interest and
claim whatsoever of the Grantor herein, either in law or equity,
to the only proper use, benefit and behoof of the Grantee herein
heirs~nd assigns forever.
