Notice of Public Hearing~ CITY OF MIAMI BEACH ~ NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ~ JULY 16, 2002- 6:00 P.M. The City of Miami Beach announces a Public Hearing to which all interested parties are invited: DATE AND TIME: July 16, 2002, beginning at 6:00 p.m.. PLACE: City of Miami Beach City Hail First Floor Conference Room 1700 Convention Center Drive Miami Beach, Florida 33139 PURPOSE: ~o obtain input and comments from citizens regarding the draft of the Fiscal Year 2002-2003 One-Year Action Plan for Federal Funds for the Com. munity Development Block Grant (CDBG) and the Emergency Shelter Grants (ESG) programs. Interested residents and other parties are encouraged to provide their comments at the Public Hearing. Stat. 286.015, th.e City hereby advises the public that: If a person decides to appeal any decision made by this Board, Agency or · Commission; with respect to any matter considered at its meeting or headng, he will need a record of the proceedings, and that for such purpose, affected persons may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceeding is made, which record includes the ~testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based. This notice does not constitute, consent by the City for the introduction or admission of otherwise inadmissible or irrelevant evidence, nor does it authorize challenges or appeals not otherwise allowed by law."
