Ad 0125 CITY OF MIAMI BEACH NOTICE OF A PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY given that a public hearing will be held by the Mayor a (~ ,~ty Commission of the City of Miami Beach, Florida, in the Commission Chambers, 3rd floor, City Hall, 1700 Convention Center Drive, Miami Beach, Florida, on Wednesday, September 11, 2002, at the 5:05 p.m., ;o consider the following on first reading: AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE CODE OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH BY AMENDING CHAPTER 66, "MARINE STRUCTURES, FACILITIES AND VEHICLES," SECTION 66-4 "DEFINITIONS," BY ADDING A DEFINITION FOR LIVE-ABOARD VESSELS; AND AMENDING SECTION 66-111 "PERMISSION REQUIRED TO DOCK OR TO MAKE FAST FOR OTHER VESSEL," BY ADDING LANGUAGE LIMITING LIVE- ABOARD VESSELS IN THE RS SINGLE-FAMILY RESIDENTIAL DISTRICTS, AS SPECIFIED IN THE ORDINANCE, AND REQUIRING CONDITIONAL USE APPROVAL FOR CREW LIVE-ABOARDS; PROVIDING FOR CODIFICATION, REPEALER, SEVERABILITY AND AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
