NOTICE IS HEREBY given that public hearings will be held by the Mayor and City Commission
of the City of Miami Beach, Florida, in the Commission Chambers, 3rd floor, City Hall, 1700

CERTAIN LOTS" BY PROVIDING THAT VACANT LOTS FRONTING OCEAN DRIVE THAT
EXISTED AS OF JANUARY 1, 1999 MAY BE USED FOR PROVISIONAL OR TEMPORARY
PARKING LOTS AS PROVIDED FOR IN SECTIONS 130-70 AND 130-71 OF THE MIAMI

ENTITLED "GROUP HEALTH INSURANCE" AND SECTION 78-82 THEREOF ENTITLED
"HEALTH MAINTENANCE ORGANIZATION (HMO)" BY P'ROVIDING THAT THE CITY'S
CONTRIBUTION TO THE HEALTH PLAN FOR CITY OFFICERS'AND EMPLOYEES SHALL
BE DETERMINED BY THE AMOUNT OF FUNDS AVAILABLE EACH YEAR AND APPROVED
BY THE CITY COMMISSION AS PART OF THE ANNUAL CITY BUDGET; PROVIDING FOR
REPEALER, SEVERABILITY, CODIFICATION, AND AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
