p.m. to consider the following on first reading:
An Ordinance .Amending Chapter 130, "Off-Street Parking" Of The Code
Of The City Of Miami Beach, Florida, By Amending Section 130-68,
"Commercial And Non-Commerciai Parking Garages"; To ~lnclude
Provisions For Allowing Non-Reaidantisl Use Of Certain Parking ~arages
In RM-1 Districts, And Allowing Ground-Floor Commemial Uses Within
Certain Parking Garages In RM-2 Districts; Providing Fo~ Inclusion In The
Code Of The City Of Miami Beach, Florida; Repealer; Sevembility; And An
Effective Date.
