CEO and principal of Saglo Development Corporation and several privately held Real Estate companies.
Current properties owned include 20 shopping centers containing in excess of 1,650,000 rentable
Square Feet. Responsible for all aspects of the companies’ growth strategy; including, investor relations,
acquisitions, dispositions, debt and equity financing, redevelopment and repositioning of the shopping
center portfolio.

Saglo Development Corporation, Miami, Florida – August 1998 to Present
• Acquired fifteen shopping centers and one office building (over 1,900,000 Rentable Square Feet
of retail and commercial properties) growing the real estate portfolio from approximately
300,000 SF to over 1,650,000 SF.
• Redeveloped / repositioned ten shopping centers (over 830,000 RSF)
• Ground up development of two strip centers.
• Sold five properties containing approximately 550,000 RSF.
• Debt Financing – Over forty transactions totaling in excess of $250 Million.
• Raised over $50 Million from private equity investors
