When I started my Real Estate Career in 1995 in Miami Beach, I focused on the sale of condos within the Art Deco District. I fell in love with MiMo Architecture & Danish Modern design through my first home purchase at Belle Towers. Early on, I volunteered for several local events, including Winter Party, and the Gay & Lesbian Film Festival. After residing in the Deco District for several years, I moved to North Beach from 1999-2003, then moved back to South Beach, and resided in Lincoln West, before moving to Sunset Harbour, where I resided for 14 years. I became a member of the Commission for Women in 2007, then joined the Mayor’s LGBT AdHoc committee in 2008. One of our main goals in this committee was to create Miami Beach Gay Pride. In 2008, my wife and I registered as Domestic Partners, and we married in 2013. We have been together for 15 years now, and have 2 children. We purchased our home in 2016 in Normandy Isle to give our family a unique quality of life that can be experienced in a single-family neighborhood located seaside. In my professional life, the majority of my sales have been within the boundaries of our great city. I’ve witnessed the birth of the South of Fifth neighborhood, the renovation of Lincoln Road (circa 1996), the creation of the Sunset Harbour neighborhood, and the public improvements in North Beach. In 2003, my brother and I began our team, Urban Resource, and focused in North Beach, primarily working with property owners who converted their buildings to condos. In 2008, we started offering property management services and opened our first office in Normandy Isle. In 2012, we started a full service real estate brokerage division in Urban Resource, where we help residents find their home in the area, either for rent or for sale, and assist investors purchase multifamily properties.
