Agenda Item Route ScheduleAGENDA ITEM ROUTE SCHEDULE The Staff Member will type the summary sheet/memo and resolution. Then take the resolution to Legal for form-approval. The Staff Member will give the summary sheet/memo to their Director. The Director will review the summary sheet & memo, initial it and give it to their Assistant City Manager (ACM). The ACM will review the summary sheet & memo, initial it and if necessary give to Finance or directly to the Agenda Coordinator. Finance will review the item and initial it as well. Then they will give the summary sheet & memo to the Agenda Coordinator. The Agenda Coordinator will give summary sheet & memo to the City Manager. The City Manager will sign the summary sheet & memo and give back to the Agenda Coordinator. Once Legal form-approves the resolution, the Agenda Coordinator will check the resolution title to make sure it's reflected on the agenda.
