CONCLUSIONS OF LAW: That the above-named violator(s)did violate the above-stated provisions of the Code of the City of Miami Beach,Florida,therefore, it is: ORDERED AND ADJUDGED: 1. This case was scheduled for 9:00 a.m. Violator was not present by 10:01 a.m. 2. That the violator is hereby adjudicated guilty of the violation. 3. The fines shall be reduced to$1,000.00 and to be paid with the Parking Department by March 27,2019. 4.
