This cause came on to be heard before the Special Master of Miami Beach on the above date and time, and based on
the substantial competent evidence presented;the Special Master enters the following findings of fact and conclusions of law
and order:
FINDINGS OF FACT: That the violations as cited by a City of Miami Beach Inspector in the above-referenced Notice of
Violation no longer exist.
CONCLUSIONS OF LAW: That the above-named violator(s)did violate the above-stated provisions of the Code of the
City of Miami Beach,Florida.
THE ORDER OF THE SPECIAL MASTER IS AS FOLLOWS:
1: The fine shall be reduced to$75.00 court cost fee and$11.00 recording fee for a total of$86.00, if and only if this amount
is paid by December 19,2019.
If payment is not made as specified above,thlfine shall return to the original amount and the previously recorded lien shall
remain in force until satisfied by full payment.
